2 time Leading Rider Title at Colonial Downs
What an exciting moment this was. I was leading the standings with 2 weeks left of the meet and I got a 5 day riding suspension. When my days were up I was now 3rd leading rider and 3 wins behind with only 5 days left to go. It was frustrating because I felt I didn't deserve the days, but now I had to prove that I was going to get my title back. It came down to the last day. (We were tied.) I ended up winning two that day to recapture the title for the second year in a row.
