The $100,000 Claiming Crown Emerald drew a full field of 14 horses, and the $50,000 Iron Horse and $50,000 Express attracted 10-horse fields. Prominent jockeys who will ride in the event include Russell Baze, who holds the record for most career victories; Rosemary Homeister, Jr., who recently became the second-winningest female jockey in history; and Julien Leparoux, who leads the nation with more than $9 million in purse earnings this year.
