So many things go on daily at the race track. Things are always changing. Its like being on a roller coaster ride - sometimes your up and sometimes your down. Learning how to take it all in stride is a constant.
The racing industry is a large community but separated by numerous tracks around the country. But one thing that always remains is that we are a family. Anytime a race meet ends and you move your tack to another track you will always see someone you know and connect right away. It is extremely competitive but we always take care of one another when someone is injured. I want to give a big THANK YOU to my fellow jockeys at Arlington Park for putting together a donation to help me get thru this time I have missed in racing. I am truly grateful for there support. I also want to thank Ginger(Magna Wave) and Paula(Laser) Kelly for taking time out of there busy schedules to provide therapy for my arm. Also to my chiropractor, Dave Perns. Arlington Park has also kept me in there thoughts by sending me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. And to many other friends at the track, you know who you are, that have called me to check on me. I am so grateful and blessed to have all these people in my life.
