Wow, Saratoga, NY is sooo beautiful.  Everywhere you go it's all about horse racing.  There's a newspaper put out every morning from the previous days events and results of all the races.  I arrived here yesterday afternoon to a heat wave, but by late afternoon the clouds rolled in and we got a lot of heavy wind and rainfall.  Today I am to ride the first race at a flat mile on the turf.  Well lets just say everything has changed.  They took my race off the turf and changed the distance to 7 furlongs.  Ugh!!!  My filly, R Vicarious Girl, is pretty versital so I still have a good chance to win.  As for the weather, it is absolutely beautiful out.  Anyway, wish me luck and I will SEE YOU AT THE RACES!
